Yoga is a spiritual science of self-realisation. It comes from India and goes back over five thousand years. One classical definition of yoga is to quieten the activities of mind. Yoga methods encompass the entire field of our existence, from the physical, emotional and mental to the spiritual. Its methods include ethical disciplines, physical postures, breath control, as well as meditation. |

What do we teach?
Sensei Nikhil’s journey of Yoga started at an early age, with Yogacharya shri Bhandev and continued since then with many other masters and Institutions. We follow the traditional teachings Ashtanga of Sage Patanjali and Hathayoga. We believe in detoxifying the body and mind, through the methods employed by the wise. |
